What is The Boubari 3E Method?

I am Liza Boubari, your expert hypnotherapist, author, and creator of The Boubari 3E Method.

Over the years, I have learned that lasting change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to try harder. It comes from understanding yourself more deeply, meeting yourself with compassion, and allowing aligned action to emerge naturally.

That is why I created the Boubari 3E Methodtm.

This work is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping you reconnect with who you already are.

Evoke – Show Up with Pride and Confidence

To evoke is to bring forward what already lives within you.

In this phase, we gently explore past experiences, emotional patterns, and subconscious beliefs that may still be influencing how you show up today. This is not about reliving the past or labeling anything as wrong. It is about awareness.

Modern psychology recognizes that much of our behavior is shaped beneath conscious awareness. When those patterns are brought into the light safely, they begin to lose their grip.

As awareness grows, self-judgment softens.
Confidence doesn’t need to be manufactured. It begins to return on its own.

Embrace – Stand Up for Who You Are

Embrace is where acceptance becomes embodied.

This phase is about learning to stand with yourself rather than against yourself. Your values, sensitivities, strengths, and lived experiences all belong. You do not need to minimize, apologize, or harden yourself to be worthy.

Clinical models of change show that growth happens most effectively when the nervous system feels safe. When you stop fighting who you are, your system can finally settle.

Standing tall is not about ego.
It is about self-respect.

Evolve – Speak Up for What You Believe In

Evolve is where inner alignment turns into outward clarity.

As confidence stabilizes internally, your voice begins to emerge more naturally. You start making choices from clarity instead of fear. You speak and act from a place that feels grounded rather than reactive.

This reflects values-based living and self-efficacy. Living in alignment with what matters to you rather than what you were conditioned to prioritize.

Growth here is not forced.
It unfolds because it is supported.
