Real Talk with Liza has been a space for honest conversations, healing, and growth. While I’m pausing the show for now, I remain committed to supporting you through private sessions, resources, and transformational events like the 3E Event. This is not goodbye – it’s simply an invitation to continue our journey together.
Greetings, greetings, greetings –
As I sit here writing, I feel a tender mix of gratitude, nostalgia, and excitement for what’s next. If you tuned in to Real Talk with Liza, you know how meaningful this show has been for me.
For months, every Sunday night, we shared a sacred space together – a space for honest conversation, laughter, sometimes tears, and always healing. When I began this journey, it was a childhood dream come true. As a little girl in Iran, I would slip a small transistor radio under my pillow and fall asleep to the voice of a Persian storyteller. That little girl grew up, healed her own pain through hypnotherapy, and eventually found herself behind the microphone – sharing heartfelt conversations and practical tools for healing with all of you.
This pause is not an ending. I’m taking time to recalibrate, to listen inward, and to open myself to what is ready to unfold with grace and clarity. It’s about practicing what I teach – pausing, listening, and choosing healing each and every day.
To all of you who tuned in, called in, supported, and encouraged me: thank you from the depths of my heart. And to the incredible guests who said “yes” to sharing their journeys with us – I am beyond grateful. Each one of you brought courage, wisdom, and heart to our conversations, leaving a lasting impact on every listener.

One truth I’ve shared again and again is this: your mind is your greatest ally – and your greatest saboteur. The way we think, what we believe, and how we speak to ourselves shapes everything we experience. I’ve seen it in my own healing – whether letting go of pain, stopping cravings, or even enduring dental surgery without anesthesia. And I’ve seen it in you, the brave souls who stepped up to transform trauma, release weight, break old patterns, and embrace your best selves.
So, what’s next? I am still here. I continue offering private sessions, group work, audio recordings, and books – all the tools you need to keep moving forward on your journey. And yes, the 3E Event is happening on November 8, 2025, right here in Glendale. This year’s theme is Healthy, Wealthy 2025, because when we take care of our health and cultivate a mindset of abundance, everything else in life flows more easily.
The 3E Event is where women – and the men who support them – come together to collaborate, ignite, and inspire. It’s a day of connection, empowerment, and deep healing. If something in your life is whispering, “I’m ready to evolve,” then I invite you to be there.
This pause is my sanctuary, like when I drive in silence just to be with my thoughts. I believe we all need moments like this – to breathe, reflect, and simply listen.
So please hear me when I say: this is not goodbye. This is “until we meet again.” You matter. Your voice matters. Your healing matters to me.
With love and gratitude,
Liza Boubari
