I am honored to share that the 3E Event was recently featured in CV Weekly by journalist Ruth Sowby. Her article captured the heart, energy, and purpose of our 10th anniversary gathering, and I am deeply grateful for this recognition of the women and the work behind Evoke, Embrace, and Evolve.

Ruth opened her article by sharing something deeply personal to me: the origin of 3E. Back in 2013, I truly did have a dream to create a sanctuary where women could pause their busy lives and find space to breathe, heal, and reconnect. Seeing that intention echoed in her writing was incredibly moving.
A Celebration of Women’s Renewal
This year, more than 150 women joined us at the Embassy Suites in Glendale for our 10th anniversary celebration. As Ruth described, the day began with KTLA’s Ellina Abovian. Her story of immigrating to the U.S. as a refugee and rising to become a trusted news anchor resonated with so many of us. Her presence as our emcee set a powerful tone of resilience and possibility.
Ruth beautifully highlighted the expertise and heart brought by each of our speakers — Dr. Hanriet Minassian, Craig Bruce, Melanie Soloway, David Fagan, and Ghosson Alhaled. Their collective wisdom helped guide participants toward health, wealth, clarity, and emotional renewal.
She also touched on one of the most meaningful parts of the day: our Healing Circles. These moments of connection remind us that when women gather, something sacred happens. Stories are shared. Walls come down. Healing begins.
Her article even captured the closing conversations with our incredible honorees and shared the words of an attendee who left feeling renewed and worthy. That is the essence of 3E.
Thank you, CV Weekly, and thank you, Ruth, for shining a light on our event. And to every woman who showed up — you are the reason 3E continues to grow and evolve.
